This I am talking from experience. Whenever my mom is not ok my dad couldn’t do anything well because she is used to that nurturing nature of mom.
There was a point that we had to try make our own food because our dad used to be so busy even when mom was away.

1.Understand your families needs and plan accordingly
The first aspect you will need to manage is finding out about your family and what needs they have before you look for ways to lose weight on your busy schedule.
I am saying this because you can not plan to have an exercise routine at 10 am when you know that by that time your child will likely be hungry and needing food.
So find the best time that you have a bit of free time and set that as your weight loss session (it doesn’t have to be hours or lots of minutes).
Heck..you can even have interval sessions to work around.
Once you know all the different types of the day when you are free now it is time to look at what type of weight loss strategies will work best for you.
2. Choose the right type of weight loss strategies
The good thing about weight loss or burning fat is that there are many ways you can go about it.
You can either do interval exercises or dumb bells, or meditation.

3. Start small and increase after a few weeks

I would say the first week go slow on what ever exercise you choose en after a week increase it and so on.
This will not only lessen your body from pain but it will be vital to help you continuing to do this as a habit.
After you have done this for 3 weeks it should start being a habit already and it will be easier to lose weight or burn fat.
4. Snack wisely and timely
The biggest factor that causes weight loss apart from genes and so on is that people snack not only on the wrong things but at the wrong time.
The best time to snack is always just after your dinner because as a woman you are mostly likely to go to sleep then.
So make sure you snack a lot before that.
The best ways to snack is to use natural foods as you may know which have no sugar and are natural as the following:

The last part that can help you a lot is mediation. This is because meditation has many benefits which could help your whole journey to weight loss success happen quick.
The good thing about meditation is that it takes a very short time for you to do it.
