    Thanks for sharing this. It is a great reminder about how certain hip and leg exercises can help with lower back pain. I have been suffering from chronic lower back pain for a long time and I found that an excellent way to keep the back pain in check is a vigorous exercise on an elliptical for about 15 to 20 minutes. I have to be careful with anything else as I have knee problems as well so not able to take any impact. So running and skip rope are out of the question. Before the COVID lockdown, I was getting a lot of vigorous walking in every day. That is no longer the case so slowly the back pain has returned. You are so right. It is all about those hip flexors.
