- Running is one exercise that does it all
I am sure you have heard all these myths and maybe at some point you believe them or perhaps still do, but I want to tell you that this is absolutely not true.
This is the reason most people who do this end up failing when it comes to weight loss.
Now let us get into how you can lose weight without running.
Focus on metabolism regulation
Now the best way to lose weight is increasing your metabolism and of course many will argue that running is the way to increase metabolism, However I can say that running is just part of it, there are many ways.

Drinking cold water according to research is said to increase your metabolism due to the fact that your body uses more energy to warm up your body.
Water itself has no sugar like soda or juices so this lessened sugar makes it even better for weight loss.

So the more muscles you build the better and the best way to start is eating more protein-rich food.
