    I’m a diabetic who needs to lose a little weight. Goal is 15 pounds. I work out at the gym 5 days a week. I went to the doctor for my annual physical and lab work and found out I was low on protein. Which is great as I like eating meat. What type of protein do you suggest, white or red meat? Thanks, Bob
