I believe if one can be able to understand the implication of their diet that can be a huge motivator daily for their goals.

Having said that there are much more reasons to lose weight which can either take your life or make you less able in terms of your body.

This is because this is the part that literally helped me get my health back when al doctors could not help me with my clogged heart arteries.

What do I mean by good type of fat?

Well by this I mean fat that will go to the right places in your body so you do not have excess fat.

Normally any fat which is natural is good and also those made with organic ways.

These fats can include the following:

  • Virgin olive oil
  • Nuts

5. Increase your metabolism

Metabolism is also another huge factor that people neglect. Metabolism is actually what makes mots people keep adding weight even though they have tried almost anything.

There are two great ways to increase your metabolism and they involve exercise: Cardio and strength training.

    I have tried to lose weight in the past, it really is hard to keep it off as it comes back faster than it comes off. I feel like a yo-yo at times trying to lose weight. That is what I need to do is set goals for myself.

      I appreciate your comment. Yes I do understand how this can happen to people and most of the time that is because of genes or metabolism.
      But I wouldn’t know your habits so I would not assume you are not doing something or doing it.
