The modern lifestyle also makes it super hard for people to lose weight as work becomes crazy. It is for this reason why I will be talking about how to lose weight at work easily with no hussle.

4. Take the stairs

This one may seem so obvious but how many of us actually take the stairs instead of the lift?

Many of us, I think you know the answer to that question. We find every excuse to take the lift instead of the stairs.

The truth of the matter is we need to take stairs otherwise our body will relay on stair and it will be harder to let go of them.

    Thanks for this article, I have found it very interesting. I knew about the fact that stress affects our body, but I didn’t know that cold water would help us lose weight.
