However, most people struggle to lose weight even following a strict diet. More than that most people can not cut fat on some parts of their bodies like the arms and hips. Today I will be talking about how to lose hip fat naturally.

Before I start with talking about how to lose hip fat naturally let me first talk about the dangers of hip fat and why you need to get rid of it as soon as possible.
WebMD talks about the fact that if you do not lose abdominal fat you are exposing yourself to many disorders like diabetes and heart disease.
They also further mention that the hip is the easiest to see if someone has gained weight because it becomes more prominent.
1. Drink water a lot
One of the most overlooked aspects of losing any type of body fat is drinking water. I know it sounds cliche but 6-8 glasses of water is what you really need to lose weight.
This is because drinking water helps you body get rid and transport unnecessary body fat readily.
I would also advise you to drink cold water more as this will help your metabolism increase more over time which will help your body lose weight.

Water also has other benefits of weight loss which will readily help reduce the effects of diseases caused by obesity such as helping lower your blood pressure.

If you do not use green tea as part of your weight loss program you are really missing out on the best tool ever.
Tea in general is known for its great antioxidants and its fat burning properties amongst other things more specifically green tea.
According to NDTV green tea has become one of the most popular drinks due to the benefits it has for weight loss and advise to use it in combination with a balanced diet and exercise.
They also mention the benefits of green tea which are well worth talking about:
- Green tea has caffeine which is good for burning fat.
- Green tea is low in calories which helps you not gain weight but drinking it continuously.
- Green tea has a substance called theanine which is known to reduce stress.
According to consumerreports.org the research from health experts who have studied green tea say that green tea does work to help lose weight.
They say the reason it works is because of the caffeine and the catechins which are plentiful in green tea.
They do however say that merely drinking green tea will not help you lose huge amount of fat or weight even it high doses so it is better to use it in combination with other weight loss strategies.
3. Do exercises which target hip fat and overall fat
Doing exercises which target your hip fat is something you can not do without.
I have seen articles online talking about cutting hip fat with no exercises but that is merely impossible unless you are just talking about losing overall weight.
So do not believe the hype! Everything in life involves hard work
Unfortuntaly spot training will not work on the hips and most health experts have seen this. (spot training is training exercises targeting the hip for example).
The best way to lose hip fat is to do exercises which will help you lose overall fat. You can still do spot training but just make sure you also do overall weight loss training.
The only thing spot training helps with is to help you get toned in that part of the body.
So what are the best exercises which you should do? I will talk about these below:

When your body is toned that means you have more muscles in your body and you have less fat lurking around.

- High Intensity Training
High intensity training is another great exercise where you have to burst out and move your body fats in a short period of time repeatedly.
This helps training your cardio and helps blood flow and reduces fat in the long run.
4. Decrease on bad fats
If you are looking to reduce fat on hips or anybody part make sure you starve your body with fats.
I am not talking about all fats but mostly the bad fat.
You see the bad fat will not only make your hip and body gain fat but also will make you get exposed to many disease like cardiovascular and diabetes amongst others.
The best fat are those which occur naturally and are usually from fruits or legumes. Below are some of the best good fats to eat:
- Almond and peanut butter
- Fish oil
- Flaxseed oil
5. Make fiber and protein your best friends
Consuming fiber and protein are not only healthy but necessary tools to help you lose weight.
This is because both of these substances are basically designed to help you stay fuller for longer so that you do not end up overeating or eating bad fats.
Protein is also vital to help you build muscles more readily which will help keep fat at bay.
6. Focus on natural fat loss programs which focus on hips
Now if you find that you are a person who battles to follow normal weight loss advice and tips (like the ones I highlighted here) that it is better to find a weight loss program to follow.
The reason for this is because such a weight loss program will help you stay on course when it comes to your weight loss (think of it as your weight loss buddy).

These methods can all be used at once or 2 or 3 of them at a time depending on a person. However, I am advising to use all of them so that you will be able to see results fast.
