It is no doubt that coronavirus as landed in almost every part of the world so the only thing we can do is to learn about it and see how it works.

According to Hopkins medicine coronavirus is a disease which originated in December 2019 in China and it is believed to have been contracted from animals in wet farms of China.

The virus is believed to attach your lungs or respiratory organs like your lungs and comes through your throat and even through your eyes.

How is coronavirus transmitted?

According to Centers for disease control and prevention the coronavirus is basically transmitted through droplets when a person coughs or sneezes.Coronavirus diet

The other way it is said to spread is if people are in close contact with each other within 6 feet from each other. This is likely due to the droplets which can fly and easily spread.Coronavirus diet

It can also affect a person when they touch a surface which was affected by the virus as it is said that the virus can stay for up to a few days on the surface.

Why is it deadly?

We have already seen so much death when it comes to coronavirus and the deaths increase exponentially.

However currently the coronavirus is said to be less deadly than most other of its family viruses like the SARS or MERS which have happened before in history.

The death rate is said to be 1-2 % for coronavirus which is way less than other disease however the problem is that the virus is easily transmittable and also it affects older people more.

It also affects a person’s immune system which means those which have compromised of immune system diseases like cancer, heart disease, diabetes, HIV and chronic inflammation (autoimmune disease).

This is the reason that a person needs to make sure that their immune system is strong so they will not be attacked by the coronavirus.

Now we will look at what the nutrients are like.

In fact below is a video a Doctor says that why you need to make you immune system good.

Now let look at what ate the best diets you need to fight off. Before we start on each I will list all the below and then expand on how they individually will help.

The Mediterranean diet is one of the best diet when it comes to fighting of coronavirus and that is why I am listing it as the first diet.

Coronavirus diet

The Mediterranean diet has many nutrients which intensity the immune system like the following as what the doctor above said:

  • Zinc
  • Omega 3 fatty acids

If you look at the foods in the Mediterranean diet they, to some extent, have all the nutrients which are necessary to combat the coronavirus.

2. Vegan/Vegetarian diet

The vegan diet is also a great vegan diet because the diet by itself has fewer toxins in it. The vegan/ vegetarian diet eliminates meat at all costs.

Meat is only good only if it is lean like chicken or lean red meat otherwise it can clog your body which then allows viruses to enter easily.

So what are the nutrients most prevalent when it comes to this diet?

  • Vitamin C
  • Fiber
  • Vitamin D
  • Calcuim

However the eating a vegan diet can actually be worse if you do not know how to supplement properly because you tend to miss some nutrients.

However since I am a vegan myself I do have a guide for being a vegan and you can red it on my vegan diet for beginners.

On the other hand I would like say that if you are a vegan diet is the best when a person has figured out how to eat it well and the immune system can be the best.

3. Ginger

The ginger is not a diet in itself but food which you really need to put in your daily food which will help your immune system get stronger.

Ginger is normally sued for treating the common cold because of their natural ability of being an anti inflammatory in the body.

It would be better to have ginger with some sort of liquid like green tea because this will make the ginger even more powerful.

4. Garlic

Garlic is another food which is good for fighting flu and works just like ginger. Garlic is quite effective if eating daily as this will help the immune get stringer if you have a compromised immunity.

5. Green tea

I already did talk about green tea before that is great when you combine it with ginger and this is of course an option.

Even if you decided to consume green tea alone you will find that it is super powerful because of its anti inflammatory properties and a substance called catechin.

The catchin is good for being an antibacterial and antiviral killing all new virus which come to the body according to National Library of Medicine Institution of Health.
