As a woman being overweight has always been connected with many bad things and it always seems that men have it easier. This is also made worse by menopause which puts more burden to woman.Best way for women to lose weight

This is why woman are considered to be particularly careful when it comes to efforts or strategies for losing weight. Do not worry because on this post I will show you the best way for woman to lose weight and keep it off.

As you guys know it is my job to educate you on the best ways that work better as I have gone through a lot of healthy issues which involved weight and heart diseases.

Without further ado let’s get started.

1. Focus on the right weight loss diet

Now here is the most important step of all when it comes to the best way for women to lose weight not just for women but also for men and that is choosing the right diet.

What do I mean by the right diet?

Well this means you must focus on a diet which has been proven to work and will keep working. There are three ways to check if a weight loss program will be effect or not.

1. Is it natural (does it have natural food?)

2. Is it easy to incorporate into your lifestyle?

3. Good fats

When these criteria have been met you can be sure you are in a diet which will work. The problem is that most people do not have an idea about this.

I stumbled upon these ideas when my aunt was on a program which was trying to help her lose weight 2 years. We were all shocked how it all happen so quick.

Until she told us what she did with her dietitian.

One thing that most woman do not know is that their hormones are the main drivers of their weight loss or weight gain.

This is why most woman failure to keep their weight off after working so hard to lose it.

Now most diet do not even mention this and this is for obvious reasons (because they are not aware of such) or simply because they want you to keep purchasing their products forever since you will not see any results.

Now One of the most important hormones that you should know of which controls the weight is called are:

  • Insulin
  • Leptin
  • Estrogen
  • Cortisol
  • Ghrelin
  • Testestorone

These nine hormones are to be mastered when you are looking to lose weight and especially if you want to keep it off for ever.

3. Do not over exert yourself when it comes to exercise

Contrary to popular belief you do not need to over exercise in order to see the results of weight loss.

What is needed is consistency at all times and you will reach your goals.

In fact if you keep applying small or moderate exercises per day or week this works well in helping lose weight.

The problem is that people want to do too much exercise and their body decides to give in because it can not cope.

In fact according to there is no need to do heavy exercise to lose weight you can actually do this every third day.

Remember if you go hard on your body it will b e hard to maintain that.

This is the reason that moderate exercise is good for you and will always be

4. Opt for natural programs or supplements.

Now this concept I have seen in every health issue whether we are talking about diabetes or heart disease or weight loss.

This is that it is better to go for natural programs or supplements because if you follow what the doctors prescribe you will in most cases find yourself in major trouble, trust me I have been there if you already know my story you know what I mean.

The problem with the health industry is that they promote their medicine so that you can buy and get better.

This is what I call a fast ticket to get rid of the surface of the problem, which doesn’t work or if it does it will be short-lived.

I know this because I have been through that and as a result I have been in pursuit of using natural programs or supplements.

Losing weight for woman is not the same as for men as woman tend to have more things going on in their body  compared to men.

This is why woman need to have 5 key aspects to ensure they lose weight and these aspects are:

  1. Focusing on the right diet
  2. Knowing that they need to work on the right hormones to lose weight.
  3. Having an accountability buddy
  4. Opting for natural programs and supllements
  5. Doing moderate exercises

If you focus on these five pillars you will easily be able to lose weight without too much effort. The best thing also is that you will not be hurting your body with medicine.

The more natural the better, trust me.

    You’re so right about choosing the right diet. It all changed for me post menopause. What has worked best for me the last year is intermittent fasting, low carb, and walking for 30 minutes 5-6 times a week. I lost 36 pounds and have kept it off for a year now.

    You have supplied us with some good tips. I appreciate the reminder not to overdo it with exercise. In the past, I have found that consistency is much more effective than the cycle of working too hard and then not working at all. It’s hard to find an accountability partner sometimes but it’s well worth the effort. Eating real food instead of processed food-like products is my goal but it’s easy to slip back into old habits. That’s why I read blogs like yours to keep reminding myself. 🙂

      Yes consistency works well with your body as this has to be a lifestyle more than anything. Yes it is also not easy to find an accountability partner but if you are married or go to gym often than this will not be a problem.

      Yes the mindset is the most important and that is why I recommend a program like the 15 minutes weight loss program to help with this as it is very effective and works with the mind.
