I recently I have had a very serve upper back pain and this lead me to looking for ways to cure it myself and as you guys know I cure myself naturally as possible as I hate medicine.

The back to life program is a program I found at the end of last year when I started to have back pain which was a lot.
Most people are all in jobs which make them sit for long hours on their desks and this has a bad impact in their lives in the long term.
The back to life was made to address this issue for people as it works on exercises which focus on the parts which have been weakened by the sitting long hours.
The program was made to deal with many types of back disorders or pains like the following:
These are just a few of these back pain disorders which it cures, I am not sure if it deals with others too. I know for my back it did not really assist me.

To ensure you are working with a legit program we need to check if the author is real. This company was developed by Emily Lark who is from United States of America.
She is also a personal Yoga trainer who is highly recommended by many clients who say they have cured the back pain.
More than this Emily has more than 10 years of experience when it comes the wellness coaching industry and it is no wonder why she is sought after.
With some credentials like these you are sure to give her your trust. Unlike other programs Emily is not a fake avatar picture which was stolen like the heartburn no more program.

How does it work?
Now let us look at how the system works so you will know how it can help cure your back pain so you see what the hype is all about.
It is worth knowing that this system works without any drugs or medicine which are the things which give you side effects.
The main thing of how this program works is that it helps strengthen your body core and also helps you make your core and muscle strong.
The main thing which causes back pain is the core muscles being very weak and if that is fixed the back pain goes away, however if the back pain is not caused by muscles then it will not be effected by you strengthening the core muscles.

To make the most of the program you may need to add another program which helps with things related to the hips and it is called the hyperbolic stretching.

This absolutely not a must because most people use it without and that is great, however what I am doing in this post is educating you so you can eliminate your back pain quicker.
I know for me this program alone was not the best cure.
Now before you buy something you would benefit a lot to know what you will get when you purchase that program.

I want to be straight forward and tell you who will actually benefit from this program so that you do not end up wasting time.
As I said early the program is not for everyone and for many reasons depending on its function or what it will cure.
So below are the people who actually benefit from this program:
- People with back pain due to muscle strain.
- People who can afford it
- People who have tried many things to cure back pain and have had no success.
- People who are willing to stick through to check the results at least for a 2 months.
- If you have any other back pain that persists and gets worse with rest it is better to see a doctor as this might be a chronic condition.
Is the back to life a scam?
Here is the part where you might have been anticipating for a long time, Whether the program is legit or a scam.
If you have been reading my review you would already see that I recommend the program.
However I wouldn’t say it the best program out there which is why I gave it a low rating.
The problem is that it works with some back pain problems. Before I expand as to why I do not highly recommend it let me first give you the reason I think it is not a scam.
Here are the reason why the program legit:
- The creator is real
As we have seen the program has a real person behind it and not only that the creator is a living example of the product while she is in the field coaching others too.
- Authentic research
The research when it comes to this product is legit and it follows what all therapist talk about including my therapist friend who talked about the same thing.
Now I will talk about its limitations:
When I used it on my back pain which I had it didn’t give me the relief I was hoping for even after using it for 2 months.
This explains why it works for limited back problems. So which of these back pains can it work for?
It can work for ones where the back pain is due to posture.
The problem with this is that this needs physical work to be done on you and doing it with this program can be a bit limiting.
A physiotherapist is a person who is fir to do it or if you had someone who is trained and can do this with you and the problem is you may not have that person.

Is the back to life safe?
When you look at any program you are sure to ensure it is safe so that you do not have any issue when it comes to long term effects.
You will not need any drugs or pills to use which are things which cause long term side effects.
When you look at the content it is also more about exercises which you need to do to help get back your life back.
The only thing which I must say that say you need to be cautious about are the exercises which are carried out as they may be a bit hectic for other people.
As far as the diet you are recommended that is absolutely fine as the foods are natural and food in most grocery stores.
Having back pain is one of the most painful conditions you can have and getting rid of it for many people it can very hard to get rid of.
You do not need the drugs that are always sold by some called health gurus who are looking for a quick buck which only help to mask the problem.
The back to life program is a natural program which can be used to without drugs but by your effort to make your body fight off your back pain.
However, I want to say that this program may not work if you back pain is due to other chronic disease like heart condition or lungs as this is something you will need to see a doctor for.
The program may also not work if you are not prepared to be discipline to put in the work for this program, to help improve your core muscles.
