In this article I will be looking at easy weight loss hacks that you can be able use to fast track your weight loss journey.

With obesity being increasing around the world yearly it is obvious that people need to ensure that they know how to take care of themselves.

Usually weight loss is said to be a very complicated process that most people end up taking years to figure out. This is the other reason that the statistics are always rising.

Thus this is the reason I wrote this article today to help make it easier for any person who wants to lose weight. I will give you the best and easy ways to follow.

Understand your reasons

The first thing to look at is what are your reasons that cause you to be able to want to lose weight. This is one thing that determines success of failure for a person.

The reasons for weight loss are numerous and are divided into hardcore reasons and just lifestyle reasons. I will list these below:

Hardcore reasons.

These are reasons that compel you to want to lose weight fast as a matter of life and death in mots cases and these include the following:

  • To improve your heart condition
  • To reduce a certain illness.
  • To help you be able to do some work.

Lifestyle reasons.

These are the reasons that are not to compelling but are very important to one’s life and these include the following:

  • Personal reasons
  • Family reasons
  • Holiday reasons
  • Season reasons

So depending on whether you are losing weight due to lifestyle or hardcore reasons you need to make a choice.

If you are an avid reader of this website you will know that having more fiber is one of the things I talk about here constantly.

This is mainly because fiber is what is the best and easiest way to help you lose any fat.

This is simply because fiber helps you stay fuller for longer throughout the day which will help you not overeat.

The good thing with fiber is that it is very easy to access by any person and cane also be eaten easily throughout the day in the form of fruits.

2. Cook more at home

We have all seen what cook at home can do especially since most of us were forced to cook due to the fact that there were no take always available.

The reason for this fact is that when you make your own food at home you are control of everything and you can even exclude any food that is not ideal for your health.

The more you cook at home the easy it will be for your health and also for your pocket (budget).

3. Track your progress with photos or videos

One of the most underestimated things for weight loss is using photos as a way of tracking your weight loss journey.

Something as simple as taking pictures daily (when you go out) will not only be fun but will come in handy when you check your progress.

During lockdown, I have been taking many pictures and one can clearly see when there is an issue with my weight.

We have all heard the saying that we need to drink 6-8 glasses of water and I am sure it can seem very cliché.

However it does not need to be a boring process or a hard task to do.

If you can drink water throughout the day that will really make a huge difference in your body because most people don’t even drink 2 glasses per day.

So increasing your water intake can be very powerful for you in the long run as far as you weight loss is concerned.

5. Eat smaller plates

The other process for weight loss is minding the portions that you eat and focusing more on eating smaller one’s.

You can eat small portions throughout the day and this can be a huge thing when it comes to your weight loss journey.

According to research that was done it was shown that those who eat smaller plates have the ability to lose weight super fast and effectively.

While the portions are small you still need to ensure all is health and you have the right vitamins otherwise it will be a waste of time really. Balance is really key.

6. Eat enough protein.

This is another topic I always like to include in my ways of losing weight fats because when eating more protein is coupled with fiber weight loss can happen faster.

The other aspect to be aware of is that protein is also known to help reduce your appetite just like fiber so when you have both of these then you can see noticeable results in the end.

Final thoughts

When it comes to weight loss the most important aspect to look at is the fact that you need easy and simple methods that work so you can execute and see results.

The downside is that most people make weight loss hard and thus this is the reasons most people either end up quitting the whole process of just stop.

Even many programs which promise weight loss end up being too much hard work for people to follow.

However, with weight loss, just like with any feat, you need to follow simple steps so you can be able to see results.

One of the main things to do is to follow 3 or 4 of these steps/hacks and they will give you some results.

Here are one of my best one’s:

  • Drink more water
  • eat more protein
  • Eat more fiber
  • Cook at home more
  • Eat smaller plates

All it takes is just following a few of these steps and you should be set. Remember weight loss is not a sprint it is a marathon and you need the right principles to see the results.
