This means that people who have frequent insomnia at risk of this since this disorder does affect your sleep a lot and thus it would be better to get a solution for it.
The best solution is to see a doctor and I would advise to against anything like using supplements as that will be something unnatural (sleep needs to happen naturally).

2. Continuous stress in your life
This point is more related to the last point in that stress will likely lead to sleep disruption which will thus have a negative effect on your age.

Soda has the same effect as alcohol in that it will increase your aging and this is due to the sugar content it has an other additives which will work against your goals of looking younger.
I stopped drinking soda for a very long time ( about 2 years now) and I can tell you that I feel great and more energetic.
I remember last month I had soda a bit and I can tell you that it felt so awful and I was wondering why I used to even drink this poison before.
If you feel you can’t let go of soda you should do it slowly and it will soon be something you do not even need. I mean there are many drinks to have like water, diet juices, smoothies etc which are better alternatives.
When it comes to stopping any aging process the best thing to do is to ensure that you focus on something that will be able to help in a natural way.
This will generally require you to drop some habits which are not serving you so that you will be able to achieve your goals.
