Before I start with giving you my 5 best non-food rewards I think it is vital that I first show talk about the benefits of having rewards for your weight loss.

This is the number reason you must have rewards because it is not every day that you will feel motivated to stick to your healthy weight loss habits that you have chosen.

When you have something to work towards it gives you motivation on a daily basis.

  • Will feel less of a chore

Whenever there is something you are looking forward to this makes the journey feel less of a chore or rather it makes the journey super easy to follow.

  • It will give you breaks

Whenever you reward yourself it is like you are having a break from the constant efforts you are doing to achieve your goals.

Many times when you reward yourself it will be a break of some sort as you will see when I talk about the rewards just now.

Why choose non-food rewards?

There is a huge reason why it is vital that you choose non-food rewards and that is because these rewards will not set you back as far as your efforts for weight loss are concerned.

Non-food rewards are also good in that they are able to help you get your mind of food for a while so that you can easily focus on your journey.

1. Treat yourself on a spar day

You may enjoy going for a spar day or basically do some candle light ups at your own home with some of your favorite music or relaxing music.

You can also do facials so that it will help you relax even more in this process.

There are just too many ways you can make this work for you it is a matter if making it work for you.

2. Unplug and do nothing

This is by far my favorite reward that I like to do which will be able to lift you up is getting yourself a new outfit.

This means that you will also be able to help improve your self-esteem by getting yourself a new outfit that will help you.

It does not have to be something expensive just something you feel you deserve and you are set.

When it comes to weight loss the best thing you can do for yourself is to always reward yourself so that you will have the motivation to keep going.

This is why I love rewards especially for people who find it hard to stick to their weight loss schedule.

I always recommend people to focus on non-food rewards as these will be able to help you lose weight easier since you will not be eating all the time.
