    Hi Thabo,

    Very interesting. I know apples and especially apple cider vinegar is beneficial to weight loss. I can’t remember quite what I read but something to do with acetic acid. Which I know as well as good for oral health because it helps clean our body’s saliva.

    Berries I know are good because they contain anthocyanins which as you mention have antioxidant properties. Good for reducing inflammation. I think they are a good source of vitamin C as well.

    Then Avocados I didn’t know they were a fruit but I read what you said about Guava being a source of fibre – I heard it is the same about avocados they can make you feel fuller for longer.

    I’ve not really done much research on watermelon but yes I guess could be a good substitute for other foods.

      I have used and also recommended apple cider vinegar in the past so I do know that it does work indeed.
      Yes watermelon is a new one because it mainly focuses on ensuring you also have water in your body a lot.

    All the great and tasty fruits described above. I did not even know they all had so many benefits and were directly helping me loose my belly fat.
    I am just eating fruits because they are just so tasty and often times can replace (or complement) an entire dessert.
    Also, I think because avocados are a different type of fruit and not sweet, they can enrich any meal: from salads to additions to any meals really.

      I like what you said about the fruits being used for dessert because that is the best way one can ensure they lose weight. I often add a lot of fruits when it comes to dessert so that I can be able to lose weight easily and naturally or just maintain my body size.

    Great article! As a bonus note, I’d also add that those with excess weight or slower metabolism in general, should ensure they’re not having too much daily intake of avocados since they’re pretty high on calories. That can get tough if you’ve found yourself becoming a fan of them lol.

    Nutritionists generally suggest eating one-half to one avocado per day.

    I really appreciate that all the fruits listed here are quite common and easy to obtain. I also appreciate the way you explained why they can help with the weight loss especially in the belly regions. My personal favorites remain Apples and Avocados, but I’m quite open to giving the others listed a try.

    Although you said dieting is easy. I personally do not think so. I think it’s quite sacrificial hence people need to be convinced before they choose it.
