Alongside weight loss, it boasts of ridding the body of toxins, decongesting the lymphatic system, and reprogramming the body’s metabolism in a way that favors less fa storage.

The 14-Day Rapid Soup Diet is independent of other factors that contribute to weight loss. A unique combination of herbs, spices, and other nutrients accelerates weight loss.

The program does not have limits to food quantity. Moreover, it works for any age or weight, as long as one does not have an underlying health condition. The aim of this review is to prove the efficacy of the program.

Who is the creator of the 14-day Rapid Soup Diet?

Knowing the creator is vital so that we will know if we are dealing with something which is made by a trustworthy source or not.

This will also be good in giving us the trust element that we are looking for as far as this program is concerned.

The good thing is that the program is actually made by a real creator and his name is Josh Houghton. This gives us the trust element which we are looking for when it comes to this program.

However just knowing the creator is not good enough to actually trust the program fully. Thus, we still have to look at other things to further trust the program fully.

In the next section this is what we will be doing.

How does the 14-day Rapid Soup Diet work?

The plethora of fat-burning recipes in the diet reprograms the body to utilize fat for energy rather than sugar and carbs. This switch causes more fat to be burned and lesser amounts to be stored.14 Day Rapid Soup Diet Review

The diet works by reducing appetite through nutrient balance since people become hungry because of a lack of nutrients.

It also improves lymphatic drainage to reduce fat accumulation. The major nutrients are Potassium, Magnesium, and Collagen.

As you can see that this is a new and unique way of actually make a person lose weight and all we can do is see if it will work for the long term.

We will check the science when it comes to this issue later on in this review.

What are the features of the 14-day Rapid Soup Diet program?

First, the diet plan is not just made of soups alone. It provides you with breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes.

  • Bacon
  • Eggs

What does science say about the 14 Day Rapid Soup Diet program?

Before accepting claims that come with the program, there must be a scientific basis for the process. After conducting extensive research, I was able to analyze some of the claims. Verifying these claims adds credibility to the program.

Let’s start:

Claim 1: “Results are immediate.”

According to Mayo Clinic, with calorie restriction (500 to 750), one can only lose 1 to 1.5 pounds a week.

This means that one would only lose a few pounds within the 14-day period.

Claim 2:” It is safe.”

According to Harvard Health Publishing, Keto-based diets and other non-balanced diets come with potential problems such as nutritional deficiencies, constipation, kidney, and liver problems.

This means that it is not totally safe.

Claim 3: “Potassium is the main component of the 14-day rapid soup diet. It will help you maintain a better artery structure so the lymphatic system can work better.”

According to Medical texts, arterial structure and lymphatic system are two separate drainage systems. Thus, the artery structure does not directly impede lymphatics.

Claim 4: “Magnesium is another main ingredient in the soup recipes. This works by improving the condition of the mind. Many people eat because of nervousness, and Magnesium can help these kinds of people.”

According to Medscape, Magnesium is a membrane stabilizer and is not directly related to improving the condition of the mind.

Claim 5: “Collagen is a protein-based nutrient. It will help the body increase metabolism and reduce body fats.

According to Healthline, this statement is true.

Final analysis

As you see the results are no conclusive with the program.

Who is the 14-day Rapid Soup Diet Program for?

The program is for all men, women, ages, and weights. However, you should not have any health conditions before participating.

This is because of some associated health issues it could bring as we talked about before.

The program is also for people who like using natural programs which involve mostly diet and so on.

The program is also one of the most unique ones and very new so some strategies here may be very not work for all types of bodies.

14 Day Rapid Soup Diet Reviews-customer Testimonials

The other aspect that needs to be checked when it comes to a program’s efficiency is to see if it is helping other people or not and what they think about the program.

This is one of a few programs which you hardly see any testimonies of actual people online since not many people who have used it where able to share.

This is the reason that we will just focus on the information we have here about the product so that we can have a good understanding about it in a fundamental form.

And the results prove otherwise for weight loss.

Is the 14-day Rapid Soup Diet program a scam?

Finally, to the long-awaited part. Is the program legit or a scam? The simple answer is that it is a scam. Here are the reasons from my review:

  • While the creator is real and there is a money-back guarantee, he has no medical or scientific experience to back up most claims.
  • Scientifically, 14-days is too short a window to achieve any significant and healthy weight loss.
  • The program talks about detox without actually stating the exact toxins that it removes, thereby making a vague statement.

There are many other programs which offer way too much value and which are not scams and here is a list of my recommendations:

You could also look into natural supplements instead if you prefer to not do any workouts. Although there are many of these it is vital to check the best ones and here they are:

How much does the 14 Day Rapid Soup Diet cost?

The program is a me once off $15  whereby you will be able to get all the content in the program and there are no addition costs that you will need to pay.

You will also find any recipes readily available in most stores all around the world which means in your local store you will be able to find these ingredients to follow the program.

This will help you save thousands when it comes to having to do trail and error for your programs as the instruction in the program are great and structured well in an orderly manner.

So as much as I said it is a scam if you do decide to purchase it this is what you will get and if anything these are just a few benefits you will get with this.

Final thoughts

While conventional methods have truly not worked for everyone, this program seems like a welcome change. However, the lack of any medical, dietary, or health experience from the author is concerning.

Nevertheless, the program seems to have worked for some people, so it could always be tried out.

My only concern is that the science does not really or fully align so it makes me very skeptical.

However, since the program is natural we can be able to trust what it brings to the table for us and see how it will work for us.

This is because it has a money back guarantee which we can use for the program.

The other good thing is that it has a creator at least which means that we can be able to trust it that there is not a scammer behind it.

This just leaves us with looking at how effective the program really is and if it will work or not and as we have seen it looks like a scam.

I’ve actually heard of this diet before, my hubby came home excited to tell me all about it before we went on a cruise last year and he wanted to drop some weight.

I want to mention a few things about this diet though, or any diet for that matter. While most people are looking for rapid weight loss, there are usually problems associated with this.

When my hubby wanted to follow this, I had to switch it up a bit in order to not deprive our bodies of the standard nutrients and calories they’re supposed to get.
Limiting calories to the point of deprivation can have dire consequences once someone tries to go back to their normal eating habits. Meaning, if you restrict your foods too much, even for a short period of time – 14 days – after that 14 days, you’re now wanting to eat more to make up for the deficit you faced during those 2 weeks.

2 weeks isn’t detrimental, by any stretch, but let’s say someone is constantly eating 2500 calories a day, and then they attempt to eat only 1000 calories a day. Depriving the body suddenly of 1500 calories is going to make you feel extremely hungry, deprived and have cravings that you didn’t normally have before the diet. Then, after the short 14 day window, you now want to eat all the things you couldn’t, now you’re going into wanting more than the 2500 initially, so instead they start to eat 3000 calories a day.
You can see this can have consequences over the long run, especially for yo-yo dieters.

What I did, was still eat my normal foods during the day, yes, even a cookie if I wanted it. Then at night, I made soups for dinner. Soup digests quickly, and without adding additional carbs, like potatoes, rice or noodles, we didn’t go to bed full. It didn’t have the results my hubby wanted, but no diet ever does unless you’re very strict with them. Unfortunately, the weight will pack back on once you stop the diet.

Good article though and very insightful for anyone wanting to try this out. I would recommend more of a healthy lifestyle change overall over temp diets though. That’s the hard part – changing things for good.

      Hey Katrina

It is good to hear your feedback on this subject and I want to say that is the actual reason I said that the program is a scam and in all forms.
Even of you see that the science does not even align with all the claims in the program.

I am glad to hear that you actually had experience through this diet via your husband.

I also do not like the fact that 14 days is being used to sell and tell people that they will be able to lose weight in such a short period of time.

I do not like programs which are said to promise unrealistic results.

  2. Jade

    Hi Thabo,

Thank you for such an honest review! After reading this, I would be curious to try the program, but probably only if the ebook was priced a little lower. $15 seems like a lot for a program that – as you pointed out – probably doesn’t provide the promised results, even though it seems like it might still help you get used to healthier eating and get into some healthier eating habits, and might help you drop a couple of pounds in the process.

Thank you again for your honesty!

    • Thabo Khoza

      Hey Jade

I am glad you could find value in this review and I am glad it helped you make your own decision. Yes you are right, such programs can be tricky to actually be 100% sure you lose weight. To some probably, so it may just depend. Thanx for your feedback.

  3. Ginny Klockner

I would like to buy the 14 day rapid soup diet. Who is the author?
Just went to the bookstore and could not find the book.

I prefer not to use a credit card online, but will buy the book at a store

    • Thabo Khoza

      Hey Ginny
Good to hear from you. The creator and author is Josh Houghton. I fully understand your issue. Unfortunately the book is not available in stores it is only available online on the official site.
